The GT semitrailer Inloader is designed for the high-efficiency transport of fragile glass sheets and heavy precast concrete elements. Featuring a specialized longitudinal U-frame chassis, this model allows the vehicle to surround and lift A-frame or L-frame racks directly from the ground. By utilizing high-strength steel structures and advanced suspension management, we ensure maximum load protection and structural reliability for specialized logistical operations.
Chassis Engineering
The chassis is built with high-performance steel sections to maintain a rigid frameless interior. The structural design is optimized to handle high point loads and maintain perfect alignment during the transport of offset cargo.
Load Stabilization
Our inloaders feature integrated hydraulic clamping systems with precision control. These arms provide secure lateral and vertical pressure, stabilizing glass packs or heavy panels against inertial forces during transit.
Suspension & Control
Equipped with independent air suspension and ECAS (Electronically Controlled Air Suspension) technology. This allows for precise height adjustments and superior road handling, protecting fragile loads from road-induced stress.
